Requirements
- Develop skills and competencies to pursue competitive integrated employment.
- Participate in community learning opportunities focused on training and education for self-determination and self-advocacy.
- Develop skills to navigate the local community, including public and private transportation.
- Understand, support, and advocate with people we support by helping them live a life of personal significance.
- Assist with money management by promoting independence.
- Transport and accompany people to activities, appointments, and events.
- Assist with activities of daily living (ADL’s) and instrumental activities of daily living (IADL’s).
- Complete service documentation/notes on the same day service is provided in accordance with agency guidelines.
