Requirements

Develop skills and competencies to pursue competitive integrated employment.
Participate in community learning opportunities focused on training and education for self-determination and self-advocacy.
Develop skills to navigate the local community, including public and private transportation.
Understand, support, and advocate with people we support by helping them live a life of personal significance.
Assist with money management by promoting independence.
Transport and accompany people to activities, appointments, and events.
Assist with activities of daily living (ADL’s) and instrumental activities of daily living (IADL’s).
Complete service documentation/notes on the same day service is provided in accordance with agency guidelines.
