Job Description
The Direct Support Professional (DSP) plays a vital role in promoting the health, safety, and well-being of individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. As a DSP, you will provide person-centered support across a variety of settings, including individual homes, community-based programs, Community Participation Supports (CPS), and Managed Care Organization (MCO) services.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Must complete all Achieva-provided training within designated timeframes
- Valid Pennsylvania driver's license and reliable, insured vehicle (dependent on business needs)
- Must pass background checks (Act 33 and Act 34 clearances)
