Associate, School Recruitment

Achievement First is a nonprofit organization seeking a Talent Partner to execute the full recruitment cycle for their schools. The role involves candidate cultivation, phone interviews, and offer letters, with a focus on ensuring schools are fully staffed each year.

Requirements

• Source, screen, and cultivate candidates for various roles within schools and across teams
• Conduct phone interviews and schedule finalist interviews, providing coaching and feedback to candidates
• Prepare and send offer letters, and manage candidate communications throughout the hiring process
• Work closely with leaders to understand staffing needs and develop action plans to meet those needs
• Ensure that all teams within the assigned portfolio are fully staffed each year by meeting recruitment targets and timelines
