Director of Product, Platform Intelligence ⭐

In Achievers we are building the intelligence layer on top of the world's leading employee recognition platform. The Director of Product, Platform Intelligence will lead three product teams and a shared designer, setting strategy and driving execution across Program Intelligence, People Intelligence, and Platform Integrations. This role requires deep experience in core product management and the ability to lead high-performing teams.

Requirements

• Deep experience in core product management
• Led product teams building analytics, intelligence, or data-driven experiences in B2B SaaS
• Held a formal people-leadership role (e.g., Director, Group PM, Head of Product) managing Product Managers and Designers and shaping product strategy
• Experience in HR tech, workforce analytics, or employee engagement is not required but highly advantageous
