Job Description
Scout Motors is seeking a Director, AI Product to lead the development of AI products and capabilities that drive business outcomes. The successful candidate will own the AI product portfolio, partner with business leaders, and ensure AI initiatives are designed, delivered, and adopted as true business products.
Requirements
- 12+ years of experience in product management, digital platforms, data, or AI-adjacent roles
- Proven experience owning and delivering complex, cross-functional products from concept to scale
- Strong ability to partner with business leaders and translate strategy into execution
- Working knowledge of AI/ML concepts, data platforms, and product lifecycle management
