Job Description
Director of Product - Internal AI position at AssetMark, a leading wealth management platform. Lead the product strategy, roadmap, execution, and adoption of internal AI tools to drive productivity, scale, and employee experience. Blends product leadership, hands-on AI building, and enterprise change management. Coach and develop product talent on a high-impact AI Tiger Team.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience building and shipping AI products, agents, automations, or integrations into production.
- Strong technical fluency in generative AI, LLM APIs, AI agents, automation platforms, integrations, data flows, and enterprise AI tools.
- Proven product management skills, including discovery, roadmap development, prioritization, requirements, launch planning, and success measurement.
