As a Revenue Operations Analyst, you will support our Go-To-Market strategy by owning key aspects of CRM data quality, territory planning, and reporting. You will maintain data dictionaries, field definitions, required fields, and validation rules to support clean data, and collaborate with teams across the globe to understand their operational and strategic needs.
Requirements
- 2-3 years of relevant work experience in Sales Operations, Sales, Marketing, Finance, or related fields.
- Intermediate/Advanced Salesforce experience.
- Strong attention to detail, ensuring our records are updated correctly.
- Strong time management skills, proven ability to thrive in a high-paced environment and manage to incoming requests.
- Excellent teaching and influencing skills to train people on new tools and processes.
- Flexibility and adaptability.
- Excellent communication/interpersonal skills, comfortable working with stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong data skills, able to handle large datasets in Excel/Sheets systematically.
- Deeply data-driven, naturally curious, and passionate about building data-driven organizations.
- Organized, detail-oriented, strategically focused self-starter, and able to juggle multiple projects.
