As a Revenue Operations Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting our Go-To-Market strategy by owning key aspects of CRM data quality, territory planning, and reporting. You will have hands-on experience with meaningful ownership and the chance to influence how Revenue Operations supports smarter decision-making across the organization.
Requirements
- 2-3 years of relevant work experience in Sales Operations, Sales, Marketing, Finance, or related fields.
- Intermediate/Advanced Salesforce (or equivalent) experience (reporting, building dashboards, light admin).
- Strong attention to detail, ensuring our records are updated correctly.
- Strong time management skills, proven ability to thrive in a high-paced environment and manage to incoming requests.
- Excellent teaching and influencing skills to train people on new tools and processes.
- Flexibility and adaptability.
- Excellent communication/interpersonal skills, comfortable working with stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong data skills, able to handle large datasets in Excel/Sheets systematically.
- Deeply data-driven, naturally curious, and passionate about building data-driven organizations.
- Organized, detail-oriented, strategically focused self-starter, and able to juggle multiple projects.
