Job Description
Achievers is seeking a Senior Solutions Consultant to join their sales team. The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of experience as a solution consultant and fluency in French and/or German. They will be responsible for driving complex sales engagements, delivering demos, and providing feedback to product and marketing teams. The role requires strong technical fluency and the ability to communicate with C-suite and decision makers.
Requirements
- 5-7 years of experience as a solution consultant (or equivalent) at a software company (SaaS preferred)
- Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science or related field
- Secondary Language required: French and/or German
- Knowledge of industry tools a plus: Workday, Microsoft, UKG, SAP
- Knowledge or experience in the HR industry a plus
- Honed communication skills, and comfortability presenting to C-suite and decision makers
- A self-starter who takes the initiative to get things done
- Ability to effectively deliver technical components to an audience comprised of varying degrees of technical knowledge
