Job Description
The AOG Lead works directly with the AOG Manager to ensure AOG maintenance is performed to the highest standards. This on-site position involves coordinating, supervising, and performing maintenance duties, prioritizing quality and safety. The position requires flexibility for on-call work, including nights, weekends, and overnights. It requires a close working relationship with ACI Jet employees, vendors, and clients.
Requirements
- Report daily to the AOG Manager.
- Direct coordination and supervision of AOG technicians and AOG maintenance projects.
- Comply with all FARs, Operations Specifications, Company Policies, and Company Procedures.
- Ensure appropriate technical data is used during maintenance.
- Ensure AOG vehicles and work areas are maintained in a clean and orderly manner.
