Job Description
Aclima is seeking a Vice President of Sales & Business Development to lead their go-to-market strategy and execute on sales initiatives. This is a hands-on role involving closing high-touch deals with government agencies and utilities, building a high-performing sales team, and expanding into new markets. The ideal candidate will be strategic, sales-focused, and have experience in the climate tech sector.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in enterprise sales, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Deep experience navigating long-cycle, relationship-driven sales with governments, utilities, or large infrastructure players.
- Strong network and deep sales expertise.
- Passionate about climate solutions and sustainability.
