Customer Service Representative

Role Overview

As a Care & Resolution Agent, you will interact with clients through inbound and outbound calls to resolve their service or product-related concerns. You will be upskilled as an Energy Resolution Agent and handle advanced supply and meter-related enquiries.

What You Will Do

Resolve product or service problems, answer customer inquiries, ensure customer satisfaction, and manage and provide tailored-fit resolution for cancellation and OMB threats.

• Strong computer skills
