We’re hiring a Production Operations Manager to build and lead the production infrastructure behind ACQ Media and the personal brands of Alex Hormozi, Leila Hormozi, and Sharran Srivatsaa.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience managing production flow in a professional studio, agency, broadcast, digital-first, or news-style production environment.
- Demonstrated experience overseeing multiple concurrent production batches with complex, multi-step processes.
- Strong experience with project management software such as Monday, Asana, or similar platforms, with the ability to build structured production systems.
- Proven ownership of budgets, vendor coordination, crew logistics, and run-of-show documentation.
- Systems-oriented, proactive operator who leads confidently in high-pressure environments and actively integrates AI tools to improve operational efficiency.
