The Senior HR Business Partner serves as a strategic advisor to the Media team at Acquisition.com, partnering with senior leaders to ensure people strategy supports team performance, organizational effectiveness, and continued growth.
Requirements
- 7β10+ years progressive HR experience
- 3β5+ years partnering directly with executives or founders
- Experience in a high-growth (scale-up) environment
- Proven success driving performance management systems
- Experience leading org design during growth phases
