The Senior Talent Acquisition Partner will own full cycle recruiting across the Advisory Practice, ensuring hiring is treated as a strategic function and high caliber operators are consistently brought in to elevate culture and business performance.
Requirements
- 8-10 years of full cycle recruiting experience within a high growth or startup environment
- Proven track record of owning hiring outcomes across multiple roles or business units
- Experience operating in fast paced, high growth environments
