The Operations Specialist supports day-to-day business operations of the Enterprise Technology Group by ensuring processes run efficiently, resources are properly allocated, and communication flows smoothly across departments. This role serves as a key point of coordination for operational activities, helping teams meet deadlines, improve workflows, and deliver high-quality service.
Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, operations management, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Preferred 3+ years’ experience in an operations, administrative, or coordination role.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Must exhibit professionalism and an ability to interact with executive leaders
- High degree of tact, diplomacy and discretion required
