The Director, Enterprise Internal Communications role is responsible for shaping and executing the company's internal communications strategy across a global, fast-paced organization. The role serves as the primary architect of the enterprise-wide internal narrative, ensuring employees are informed, aligned, and engaged with the company's vision, priorities, culture, and transformation efforts.
Requirements

- Skilled at advising executives and driving alignment across functions and regions.
- Understands how to tailor messages to diverse cultural and regional contexts.
- Strength in building relationships with leaders and stakeholders across the organization.
- Experience developing, maintaining, measuring and improving best in class company Intranet.
- Delivers high-quality work while managing multiple priorities and tight timelines.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills with the ability to translate complex topics into clear, compelling messages.
- Demonstrated success supporting senior executives and leading enterprise-wide communications initiatives.
- Strong understanding of change management communications, culture-building strategies, and employee engagement best practices.
- Ability to operate with discretion, sound judgment, and a strong sense of urgency in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in global matrixed organizations or high-growth environments.
- Familiarity with internal communication platforms (e.g., Microsoft 365 tools like SharePoint, Teams, etc.)
