Job Description
The Director of Enterprise Communications, Culture & Corporate Responsibility will lead and manage company-wide internal communications, including All Hands messaging, crisis communications, and executive announcements. This role will oversee the Universal Communications inbox, intranet content, and employee engagement initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Business, or related field.
- 5+ years of progressive experience in corporate communications, internal communications, or enterprise engagement.
- Experience working directly with executive leadership teams.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with SharePoint and digital content platforms preferred.
- Experience supporting employee engagement, culture, or corporate responsibility initiatives is highly desirable.
