Job Description
The Employee Benefits Account Executive is responsible for managing a book of business, policy quotes and carrier liaison for assigned clients/groups. The position involves regular interaction with new and existing clients, devising creative solutions to meet client needs, and exercising discretion and independent judgment on significant accounts.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field of study or equivalent experience required
- Minimum 4+ years of large complex employee benefits experience within an insurance related industry
- Current Insurance License in Health and Life for the state in which your agency office is located
