Job Description
The Employee Benefits Account Executive is responsible for managing a book of business, policy quotes and carrier liaison for assigned clients/groups. The role involves devising creative solutions to meet client needs as to coverage and costs, exercising discretion and independent judgment on significant accounts, and negotiating product pricing.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field of study or equivalent experience
- Minimum 4+ years of large complex employee benefits experience
- Current Insurance License in Health and Life
- Strong computer skills and a high level of comfort in a virtual work setting
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Ability to work well on a team
- Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities
