Field Sales Representative

Field Sales Representative responsible for prospecting and closing sales deals with small and mid-sized merchants and businesses. The role involves presenting Auris Payroll solutions, upselling current clients, and maintaining regular communication with the Payroll Territory and Payroll Division Manager. The ideal candidate will have excellent prospecting, communication, and presentation skills, and be able to work independently and as part of a team.

Requirements

• Prospect new clients
• Maintain existing/prospective client records in the CRM system
• Achieve minimum production requirements
• Build knowledge of current product/service portfolio
• Attend weekly team meeting and one-on-one with leader
