Acrisure is seeking a Senior Account Manager to join their growing team. The Senior Account Manager will serve as a strategic client service leader and primary point of contact for complex, construction accounts.
Requirements
- Active Property & Casualty license for the state in which the agency operates.
- Advanced knowledge of insurance products, carrier markets, and client service best practices.
- Strong proficiency in electronic systems and agency management platforms; advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and influence others without direct authority.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage competing priorities.
- Commitment to pursuing or maintaining professional insurance designations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
- Minimum of 7–10 years of experience in the insurance industry or a closely related field.
- Prior experience managing complex accounts and supporting producers or sales teams.
