Job Description
We are seeking a Level 3 Desktop Engineer to support a multiplatform enterprise environment, focusing on endpoint engineering, automation, and lifecycle management across Windows and macOS devices.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in desktop engineering or endpoint administration in a mid-to-large enterprise
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field, or equivalent professional experience
- Strong experience designing and operating enterprise endpoint management solutions
- Advanced knowledge of Windows 10/11 enterprise environments
- Working knowledge of macOS enterprise support and management
- Proficiency in scripting and automation
- Experience supporting Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and hybrid/cloud environments
