Job Description
ACT-ON HRIS is a subsidiary of the GROUP group, a leader in #HumanTech consulting and services. We are looking for Talents to intervene on major transformation projects of organizations and HR information systems (SIRH) to accompany our clients in the optimization of performance, processes and deployment of solutions.
Requirements
- Master 2 degree or Bac+5
- Significant experience of at least 5 years in information systems consulting around HR and SIRH problems and solutions
- Good mastery of at least one HR functional domain: Payroll, GTA or HCM
- Knowledge of at least one of the following tools: HR Access, Meta4, Pleiades, Silae, SAP, Cegid, ADP Decidium, Chronos, Bodet Software, Kelio, Chronotime, Octime, SuccessFactors, Talentsoft, Cornerstone, Workday, Oracle HCM
- Operational English, both orally and in writing
- Autonomous, curious, open-minded and team-oriented; with a good relational sense, you are comfortable in a changing environment with multiple contacts?
