ACT-ON GROUP

2+ years of experience in SIRH, knowledge of Workday modules, project management skills, and strong communication skills

Computer science background, 2+ years of experience in information systems, and expertise in ADP Decidium

Degree in engineering or equivalent, at least 3 years of experience, interest in Human Resources, and experience with SAP tools

Master's degree, 3+ years of experience in HRIS consulting, knowledge of HR tools and English proficiency

Several years of consulting experience, experience with HR tools, and HR process understanding required

Consulting experience (BA/Project Manager). HR process understanding. Experience with HRIS tools like Cornerstone Suite & SAP SuccessFactors. English and German communication skills

10+ years experience in consulting, expertise in payroll/SI payroll, strong track record of delivering large-scale projects

Several years of experience in consulting, business analysis, or project management, experience with HR tools, and excellent communication skills

5 years of experience in information systems consulting, Master 2 degree or Bac+5, good mastery of at least one HR functional domain, and knowledge of at least one HR tool
