Requirements
- Several years of experience in consulting, as a business analyst or project manager for process changes with a technological dimension;
- Experience with HR tools such as the Cornerstone Suite or other HRIS solutions (Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, SkyHive, EdCast, TalentSoft, Personio, SageHR, Rexx, ADP Suite, BambooHR, Dayforce, UKG)
- HR process understanding (Learning, Recruitment, Performance, Compensation & more!);
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in both English and German;
- Additional languages (French is a plus);
- The ability to learn quickly!
