The ACT-ON Group is a leading consulting and service company in the #HumanTech sector, founded in 2002. As a Cornerstone OnDemand Implementation Consultant, you will manage local and international projects, implement HR software, analyze HR processes, and support clients in their digital transformation.
Requirements
- Several years of experience in consulting, as a business analyst, or as a project manager for process changes with a technological dimension
- Experience with HR tools such as the Cornerstone suite or other HRIS solutions (Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, SkyHive, EdCast, TalentSoft, Personio, SageHR, Rexx, ADP Suite, BambooHR, Dayforce, UKG)
- Understanding of HR processes (learning, recruitment, performance, compensation, and more!)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and German
- Additional languages ​​(French is a real plus)
- The ability to learn quickly!
