We are looking for a SIRH Consultant Cornerstone OnDemand to accompany our clients in the deployment, management, and optimization of their HR information system. You will interview on high-added-value projects, in close collaboration with our internal teams and the HR departments of our clients.
Requirements
- Develop and follow up on project plans to ensure compliance with deadlines
- Identify and anticipate risks, implement corrective action plans, and ensure follow-up on decisions
- Animate project committees and governance instances by producing the necessary documents (progress, risks, arbitrations)
- Coordinate different actors (departments, DSI, integrators...) and ensure smooth communication between stakeholders
- Contribute to functional parameterization activities of modules (Core, Training, Performance, Succession, Recruitment, Remuneration) in line with business needs
- Configure rules, workflows, and reference materials in accordance with specifications
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure the integration of the SIRH with other systems (payroll, GTA, Core HR)
- Actively participate in project follow-up workshops (framework, design workshops, testing workshops, assistance with start-up, training for administrators/users)
- Contribute to project documentation: design documents, functional specifications, test report, training documents
- Realize recertification and non-regression campaigns to validate the delivered configuration
- Define/contribute to the change management accompaniment strategy
- Participate in post-launch support: assistance to users, maintenance of data quality, system reliability
- Ensure functional and technical watch: follow-up on legal evolutions, exchanges with CSOD editor, continuous improvement
- Manage corrective, preventive, and evolutionary maintenance tickets: resolution of anomalies, development of evolutions, testing and validation of deliveries
