Job Description
ACT-ON Group is a leading Consulting and Service company seeking a Senior HR Technology Consultant. This role involves leading projects for German customers, ensuring they exceed expectations, contributing to team growth, and contributing to internal activities like business proposals and marketing. The company focuses on helping companies optimize their HR processes and implement digital transformation.
Requirements
- Some years of experience in consulting, as a Business Analyst or Project Manager for process changes with a technological dimension.
- HR process understanding (Learning, Recruitment, Performance, Payroll, Time & Attendance, Compensation & more!);
- Experience with HR tools such as the Cornerstone Suite, Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, SkyHive, EdCast, TalentSoft, Personio, SageHR, Rexx, ADP Suite, BambooHR, Dayforce, UKG or other HRIS solutions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and German
- Strong ability to learn quickly
