Requirements
- Proven experience in HR technology solutions implementation (SuccessFactors, Workday, or DarwinBox)
- Completed a minimum of 3 full-cycle implementations for Thailand customers
- Strong knowledge of HR process areas (core HR, talent management, time management, recruitment, learning)
- Experience implementing AI solutions in HR
- Strong project management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
