The role involves implementing cutting-edge HR technology solutions like SuccessFactors, Workday, and DarwinBox, managing client collaboration, driving business development, and supporting ongoing training. Requirements
- Proven expertise in HR technology solutions implementation (SuccessFactors, Workday, or DarwinBox)
- Completed at least 3 full-cycle implementations for Thailand customers
- Strong knowledge of HR process areas (talent management, time management, recruitment, and learning)
- Experience in implementing AI solutions in the HR domain
- Strong project management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proactive approach to problem-solving and a passion for continuous learning
- Client relationship management skills
- Experience in leading teams and managing resources effectively
