Job Description

Building trusted relationships with our network of engineering and sciences companies under our Actalent brand, or corporate companies under our Aston Carter brand, is a key part of our company strategy.
Requirements
- Serve as talent solutions and services subject matter expert for respective territory
- Establish (and adjust when necessary) a list of target accounts and prospects using all available internal and external resources
- Identify, develop, and manage new and existing customer relationships
- Increase sales and market share through assigned and newly generated accounts
- Maximize profitability by effectively negotiating bill rates and terms
