Requirements

• Serve as talent solutions and services subject matter expert for respective territory
• Establish and adjust when necessary a list of target accounts and prospects
• Identify, develop, and manage new and existing customer relationships
• Conduct well-prepared face to face meetings with decision makers
• Increase sales and market share through assigned and newly generated accounts
• Maximize profitability by effectively negotiating bill rates and terms
• Build and maintain relationships within accounts
• Partner with the recruiting team in identifying top Sciences and Engineering talent
