We are looking for a dedicated professional to play a key role in our business support function within Glasgow Stoneside Service. As an Administrative Officer, you'll be at the core of our operations, ensuring the smooth running of our Support services.
Requirements
- Business Administration S/NVQ Level 2 or equivalent relevant qualification or work experience
- Demonstrable interest and experience of using computers through a business network running MS Windows and Office applications, email and the Internet.
- Confident with figures and applying literacy skills, to communicate effectively with a range of individuals/teams.
- Confident and effective with both written and verbal communication, including to prepare and present reports.
