5-10 years of experience leading mass fundraising programmes

Part-qualified with CCAB qualification, previous experience in finance, effective communication and analytical skills

Team leadership experience in a care environment, Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare, and knowledge of Ofsted standards and safeguarding

NVQ Level 3 in Youth Work, Health & Social Care, or an equivalent qualification. Proven ability working with young people facing crisis, homelessness, or complex needs. Full driving licence and transport for travelling across Dorset

Entry-level role with no experience or qualifications required. Positive attitude and ability to engage with young people are essential

Previous experience working with children aged 5-18 and families. NVQ level 3 in Health and Social Care or equivalent is desirable. Good communication skills, both written and spoken

SCQF Level 7, First Aid, and passion for working with children

Children's Services Worker role requires a positive approach, sound knowledge of safeguarding practices, and ability to travel across remote locations

Must have a Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare and demonstrable experience of working in a care setting. Must also have good communication skills and the ability to engage well with both young people, colleagues and other professionals
