Action for Children

2+ years of experience working with children, young people, and families. Experience in delivering early interventions and managing a caseload

Relevant Early Years qualification, experience working with children with disabilities, and excellent leadership skills

Demonstrable experience of working in a care setting, application of a range of techniques to co-ordinate and communicate with service users, and a solution focused approach to address problems

Business Administration S/NVQ Level 2, Microsoft Office Suite, and excellent communication skills

Experience of managing cases, delivering group and 1:1 interventions, and working within a multi-agency social care environment

SVQ 3 in social care or equivalent, post qualification experience of working with children, young people and families, and experience of working with vulnerable families

Marketing experience, charity legislation knowledge, and understanding of donor motivations

Experience in residential care setting, SVQ Level 3 in Children and Young People, driving license and access to a car

Business Administration S/NVQ Level 2 or equivalent relevant qualification or work experience and 2-3 years of experience

Experience in a kitchen environment, food hygiene training, and clear communication skills
