You'll work closely with the team to monitor the well-being and safety of the young individuals and support them to develop, have fun, gain independence and reach their goals.

Requirements

• Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or recognised equivalent)
• Demonstrable experience of working in a care setting
• Good communication skills and the ability to engage well with both young people, colleagues and other professionals
