Job Description
We are a Real Living Wage accredited employer that provides emergency accommodation and support services to young people aged 16-25 who are homeless or at risk of homelessness. The Young Persons Practitioner will provide practical support to help young people manage their finances, access education or employment, and develop confidence and life skills.
Requirements
- NVQ Level 3 in Youth Work, Health & Social Care, or an equivalent qualification
- Proven ability working with young people facing crisis, homelessness, or complex needs
- Full driving licence and transport for travelling across Dorset
