Job Description
ActioNet is seeking a Network Operations Engineer (Tier III) to join our team in Vienna, VA. This is a Mission Essential designated position per DFARS 252.237-7023. The ideal candidate will have experience maintaining and fixing wired, wireless, and mobile broadband solutions, and will be responsible for monitoring network assets, performing break/fix and maintenance activities, and troubleshooting complex network issues.
Requirements
- Technical BA/BS degree
- 7 years of experience with bachelor's degree
- High School diploma or associate degree with a minimum of 10 years of experience
- DoD IT security requirements
- MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)
- ITIL v3 or ITSM experience
- Supporting DAF and local base environments
- DoD 8570 IAT II Baseline Certification (CompTIA Security+ CE or CCNA-SEC)
- CCNP or CCDP or equivalent
- Secret clearance
