Job Description
ActioNet is seeking a Proposal Manager to join their Vienna, VA team. The role involves managing the proposal development lifecycle for complex IT bids within the Federal government and Department of Defense. They will lead the submission and execution of proposals for various businesses, ensuring compliance with IDIQ/Contract Vehicle requirements.
Requirements
- US citizenship and security clearance
- 3+ years of experience leading and managing Federal proposal efforts
- Direct experience managing high-value proposals (>$50M)
- Understanding of IDIQ/Contract vehicle proposal response guidelines
- Strong understanding of Federal Acquisition Regulation
- Expert use of MS Office products
