Job Description
gTANGIBLE Corporation is seeking a Proposal Manager to support business operations, including providing proposal support to government customers. This is a full-time, weekend-optional role requiring expertise in Government contracting, proposal writing, and project coordination. The role focuses on developing and managing proposal content, scheduling, and ensuring accurate submission.
Requirements
- Review incoming solicitations (RFIs, RFPs, RFQs, SSs)
- Perform proposal support tasks in technical, management, past performance and price volumes
- Analyze Federal solicitation Sections L and M (or equivalent) proposal instruction requirements and prepare proposal templates
- Conduct regular proposal progress meetings and maintain the proposal schedule
- Manage all collating, printing, binding, packaging, and filing of hard and soft copies
- Manage resume, asset, past performance, and template repository
- Manage team collaboration
- Manage collaboration with prime and subcontractors
