Job Description
ActioNet is seeking a Tier 2 - Senior Desk Side IT Specialist to support IT operations in Washington, D.C. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in system troubleshooting and provide expert support to users. This is a hybrid, fully remote position with 76,000 to 85,000 salary.
Requirements
- Serve as lead Tier 2 technical specialist.
- Provide advanced troubleshooting and resolution for hardware, software, and integrated systems issues.
- Manage Azure Virtual Desktop sessions, SCCM imaging and deployment, and endpoint configuration.
- Respond to user trouble tickets and service requests in accordance with SLAs.
- Oversee endpoint management, patch compliance, and configuration baselines using SCCM and Intune.
