Partner Operations Specialist

We are looking for a Partner Operations Specialist to support the success of our Actionstep Certified Partner ecosystem, coordinating partner onboarding and enablement, delivery coordination, and operational support. The role requires strong organisation, clear communication, operational thinking, and the ability to work confidently across multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• 3-5 years' experience in partner operations, delivery coordination, project coordination, customer operations, implementation support, or similar operational roles
• Experience coordinating complex workstreams, onboarding programs, implementation activities, or delivery operations involving multiple stakeholders
• Strong organisational, communication, and operational coordination skills
• Ability to identify risks, drive follow-up actions, coordinate stakeholders, and maintain progress across multiple engagements
