Actionstep is seeking a Technical Solutions Engineer to partner with our ANZ Sales team and Regional VP. The role involves translating business and operational requirements into tailored solution designs, configuring demonstration environments, and validating complex integrations through Proof of Concept phases.
Requirements
- 5+ years' experience in a Technical Consultant, Solutions Engineer, or similar SaaS implementation role supporting mid-to-large firms.
- End-to-end SaaS implementation experience, including discovery, configuration, testing, training, and go-live support.
- Strong data migration experience from legacy systems into modern SaaS platforms (cleansing, mapping, validation, reconciliation).
- Deep knowledge of API integrations, middleware, and connecting SaaS platforms to DMS, finance, CRM, and reporting systems.
- Experience configuring complex workflows, automation, approval hierarchies, and compliance controls.
- Ability to confidently engage Partners, COOs, CFOs, IT Directors, and Practice Managers.
