Business Analyst

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience as a tech business analyst or product operations in a tech or systems-driven environment, with a practical understanding of databases, APIs, and system architecture.

Requirements

• End to end experience working with product team to build products
• Ability to work effectively and independently under pressure and prioritize effectively to meet tight deadlines
• Computer science, product management related degrees or diplomas are a plus
• 3 to 5 years of experience as tech business analyst or product operations in a tech or systems-driven environment
• Experience with data flows, backend processes and comfortable with SQL querying
• Ability to break down complex systems into clear user journeys, operational steps, and risks
• Bonus: Experience working on medium scale products or in the public sector
