Job Description
We are seeking an Ecommerce Lead to own and scale the Shopify storefront, drive the digital experience from discovery to checkout, and optimize every customer touchpoint. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in a DTC ecommerce or digital marketing role, hands-on experience managing and optimizing Shopify sites, and a deep understanding of performance marketing and DTC growth levers.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a DTC ecommerce or digital marketing role
- Hands-on experience managing and optimizing Shopify sites
- Deep understanding of performance marketing and DTC growth levers
- Experience with analytics tools like Triple Whale or similar
- Proficiency with Klaviyo, SMS platforms (e.g., Postscript, Attentive), and marketing automation
- Ability to manage cross-functional projects involving developers and creative teams
- Proven track record working with paid media partners and managing media budgets
- Strong grasp of customer retention and lifecycle marketing strategies
- Industry experience in beauty, wellness, personal care, or supplements preferred
