Job Description
As a Senior Associate, Business Analytics, you will take ownership of critical tools and processes that support supply chain operations, forecasting, and performance analytics. You will manage and execute key operational processes, serve as the subject-matter expert on your assigned tools, data flows, and processes, and work cross-functionally to optimize and streamline data pipelines.
Requirements
- 3-5 years in an analytical or operational role
- Strong quantitative and problem-solving skills
- Proven experience owning tools/processes that drive business outcomes
- Advanced Excel/Google Sheets proficiency (automation preferred)
- SQL experience (professional or academic), with ability to write/refine queries
- Data visualization skills using tools like Tableau
- Basic to intermediate experience in Python, R, or similar languages
- Experience creating reports/dashboards for technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage and structure complex, unstructured problems
