Job Description
Senior Associate, Business Analytics position with a mission to reimagine pet food. As an Operations & Analytics Specialist, you will take ownership of critical tools and processes that support supply chain operations, forecasting, and performance analytics.
Requirements
- 3–5 years in an analytical or operational role
- Strong quantitative and problem-solving skills
- Proven experience owning tools/processes that drive business outcomes
- Advanced Excel/Google Sheets proficiency (automation preferred)
- SQL experience (professional or academic), with ability to write/refine queries
- Data visualization skills using tools like Tableau
- Basic to intermediate experience in Python, R, or similar languages
- Experience creating reports/dashboards for technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage and structure complex, unstructured problems
