We're looking for a data-driven Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Specialist with strong experience working on Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG)—especially food & beverage brands—to improve customer journeys and drive revenue.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of dedicated CRO experience, preferably within CPG food & beverage brands or agencies supporting CPG clients
• Strong expertise in GA4, heatmapping tools, and A/B testing platforms
• Proven record of driving measurable improvements in conversion rate, revenue per visitor, and user engagement
