Web Analyst role seeking a data-driven decision-maker to elevate analytics infrastructure and deliver actionable insights for Shopify ecosystem growth, user journey optimization, and conversion performance improvement.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a Web or Digital Analyst in a Shopify or ecommerce environment.
- Expert knowledge of Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Tag Manager (GTM), including custom event setup and dataLayer configuration.
- Strong understanding of Shopify data structure, checkout events, and app integrations.
- Proficient in Looker Studio (or similar BI tools such as Tableau or Power BI).
- Familiarity with JavaScript, Liquid, and HTML for implementing and debugging tracking codes.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills with a deep understanding of ecommerce KPIs and conversion metrics.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams including developers, marketers, and product managers.
