Job Description
We are seeking a Director of E-Commerce to own and scale our DTC business end-to-end and lead the strategy behind our online revenue engine. The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of ecommerce experience, with 3+ years in a leadership role, and a proven success scaling DTC ecommerce for skincare, beauty, wellness, or health-adjacent brands.
Requirements
- 7+ years of ecommerce experience, with 3+ years in a leadership role
- Proven success scaling DTC ecommerce for skincare, beauty, wellness, or health-adjacent brands
- Strong understanding of Shopify (or similar platforms), CRO, subscriptions, and onsite merchandising
- Deep analytical mindset with experience owning revenue targets, forecasts, and P&L
- Excellent cross-functional communication and leadership skills
