We are seeking a Director of E-Commerce to own and scale our DTC business end-to-end and lead the strategy behind our online revenue engine.

Requirements

• 7+ years of ecommerce experience, with 3+ years in a leadership role
• Proven success scaling DTC ecommerce for skincare, beauty, wellness, or health-adjacent brands
• Strong understanding of Shopify (or similar platforms), CRO, subscriptions, and onsite merchandising
• Deep analytical mindset with experience owning revenue targets, forecasts, and P&L
• Excellent cross-functional communication and leadership skills
